60,000 Beneficiaries of Qatar Charity’s ‘Mobile Iftar’ Project This Ramadan

Doha, Qatar – March 16, 2025 As part of its Ramadan campaign “Giving Lives On”, Qatar Charity (QC) continues to implement the “Mobile Iftar” project, which provides ready-to-eat meals to drivers at various locations, enabling them to break their fast promptly with the Maghrib call to prayer. Qatar Charity ensures the continuation of this initiative annually throughout the blessed month. The “Mobile Iftar” project aims to provide Iftar for 2,000 fasting individuals daily, reaching a total of 60,000 beneficiaries throughout the blessed month. The distribution takes place 15 minutes before the Maghrib call to prayer at six locations: Al-Murkhiya signals, the Mall signals, Al-Rayyan signals, Abdullah Abdul Ghani signals, Gulf signals, and Sheraton signals. Additionally, the distribution includes two out of eight different metro stations daily. Qatar Charity thanks supporters for making the ‘Mobile Iftar’ project a reality, praying Allah rewards their generosity and accepts their good deeds. The project reflects the spiritual values of Ramadan and Qatar Charity’s commitment to serving the community, promoting solidarity, and fostering compassion among its members.
