With over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of operational excellence, El Mokdad will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimizing performance across all departments. El Mokdad, a seasoned hospitality professional, brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Prior to joining Hilton Doha The Pearl, he held senior positions within Hilton in the Middle East and Europe, including Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Doha and Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, where he successfully led high-performing teams and drove significant commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has achieved several milestones, including winning the Hilton Excellence Award with AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by Hilton in 2018, and leading the refurbishment, reopening, and repositioning of Hudson Yards Lounge, Bar & Dining at Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. Guests are welcomed to embrace the spirit of Ramadan by enjoying outdoor Iftar and Suhoor by the poolside, under the starlit sky. Featuring a blend of tradition and Ramadan spirit, the Souq offers a truly unique dining experience. Traditional tents setting create the perfect atmosphere for an evening of connection and celebration. Guests can indulge in a lavish buffet spread complemented by live cooking, grill, pasta, shawarma and sushi stations, as well as a dedicated kids’ corner.
