El Mokdad, a seasoned hospitality professional, brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Prior to joining Hilton Doha The Pearl, he held senior positions within Hilton in the Middle East and Europe, including Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Doha and Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, where he successfully led high-performing teams and drove significant commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has achieved several milestones, including winning the Hilton Excellence Award with AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by Hilton in 2018, and leading the refurbishment, reopening, and repositioning of Hudson Yards Lounge, Bar & Dining at Hilton Frankfurt City Centre.
